Our Chinese speaking divorce lawyer, Benjamin Lee, is an experienced family law and divorce lawyer licensed in California. Ben has helped hundreds of clients navigate the divorce process and is a strong advocate for his clients’ rights. He is passionate about family law and is committed to supporting his clients throughout divorce and the difficult transitions that come with it. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Before settling down in Southern California, Ben had an opportunity to live in different parts of the U.S., and also abroad in Taiwan. Having both an immigrant family background (he was born to immigrant parents in Washington D.C.) and the opportunity to live abroad for many years, Ben is able to understand not just the legal issues that many families face in a divorce, but also the complex nature of familial and financial relationships in this increasingly global and mobile world.
Ben is a member of the State Bar of California and District of Columbia Bar, as well as the Federal U.S. District Court, Central California and Federal U.S. District Court, Northern District. He is also a member of the Family Law Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association.
